When trading Forex it is important to have all the proper tolls in your belt. The most important tool in my opinion is a good reliable Forex trading software program. The problem is that there are so many of them out there. As a result of the flood of inferior products I have sought to narrow it down to the best three programs: The Forex Autopilot, Forex Killer, and Forex 10 minute program. I you would like a more in depth review the links at the bottom of the page lead to an in depth review and link to the companies.
The Forex Autopilot: Marcus Leary is the developer of this Forex software program and he has certainly proven him self as he is one the old pros who knows the ins and outs of the currency trading world. He confesses that his system is probably not going to make you wealthy overnight. But he is confident that it does have the potential to make a consistent income of a couple hundred dollars, which is enough to give most people the opportunity to quit their regular jobs and trade the Forex market full time.
The Forex Killer: The Forex Killer software was is the baby program of the infamous currency trader, by the name of Andreas Kirchberger. This is my personal favorite because it has helped so many already and the testimonies and reliability of this system is very, very good.
The 10 Minute Forex Wealth Builder: Long time pro, Dn Saunders developed this program. It is popular and been around for a while for one reason: It flat out works.

Although honesty is generally taught as the best policy, I would propose that it is the only policy to follow in 99% of cases. The other 1% could be called “white lies.” How are you to know the difference, that is, when someone is telling the whole truth as opposed to a white lie? Here are some tips that will help you spot a liar.
There was an old Hollywood movie starring Charles Bronson as a buffalo hunter and Will Sampson as an Indian Chief. They are in a cave together, hunting the same killer white buffalo, when they engage in a conversation about truth. Bronson, known to the Indians as “the shooter” because he is a skilled hunter, has his version of the truth and the Chief has his. The Chief asks – “Tell me Shooter, what is the true truth?” I ask you the same question. For me, the true truth is the whole truth, no shading. What is it for you?
As we go about our interaction with each other, the white lie is employed more than any other form of communication with those closest to us. We are more apt to shade the truth in order to avoid hurt feelings or, when we know a person really well, we tell a white lie because we know they really don’t want the true truth. They have their version of the true truth and that’s the version they want to hear.
When we deal with strangers, telling a lie is easy because we likely will never see them again but what about that stranger we may see again? You need to decide if what you are lying about is worth what you will gain as opposed to the potential consequences if your lie is discovered. It is a personal decision. You need to be realistic with yourself. It is easy to become a compulsive liar and ruin your life. Under what circumstances are you willing to risk damaging relationships, reputation, and future opportunities. Ask yourself. Do the benefits of telling the lie outweigh the risks?
For example: A teen boy tells his parents he’s going to the movies with a friend but he’s really going to a concert with his girlfriend. Logically, the parents are going to ask what the movie was about and if he enjoyed it. Now, beforehand, the teen could Google a summary of what was in the movie; along with the climax so he can be ready for the questions. Such a young man may not consider the consequences if he is caught in the lie. He does not realize that his parents will be emotionally hurt by his lie and will take a long time before ever trusting him again. His lie has destroyed the parent-child relationship for a long time to come.
Telemarketing has taught us that it’s relatively easy to lie to someone over the phone because the sense of personal connection is very small. You can’t see them; they can’t see you. As a result, you are less likely to feel guilty and, therefore, give visual clues that you may be deviating from your normal behavior. If you were closer to the person physically, you would have a greater personal connection. Consequently, you would be more likely to reveal, in some way, that you are engaging in deceptive behavior.
The same reasoning applies to being close to a person psychologically. If you try to lie to your girlfriend or boyfriend, there are numerous psychological pressures. For example, you’ll think about what happens if you get caught, feel guilty about lying to someone you care about and it will be more difficult to focus on mimicking your normal behavior. This phenomenon is often called “liars’ remorse,” and it’s usually what people are talking about when they say a liar “wants to get caught.” Those closest to us know when we are lying and when we are shading the truth a bit.
Most strangers will not have a clue if you are an accomplished liar. It takes years, by the way, to develop a liar’s mentality. An amateur liar will not look you right in the eye when lying. They may touch their head with their hand, or hold their palms up as they spin the lie. These are both giveaways. An accomplished liar does the opposite. They look you in the eye, their hands at their side. An amateur liar will use the strongest adjectives and a voice level that are above normal pitch and speed. A friend of mine says – “I can tell when someone’s lying. They talk faster than I can listen.”
Most professionals employ specific tactics to catch liars. The cops will make small talk with you to establish what your “normal” behaviors are. When they get down to the serious subject matter, they look for cracks in that normal behavior. Polygraph machines work the same way. There are mental and physical drives that can be detected by skilled interviewers, as well as machines.
There are many more subliminal messages people send when lying. Do some research and learn what they are and how to avoid them.

Men may call it football. But to you, it looks more like a half-off sale at Macy’s.
Speaking of which, you can always go shopping while the game is on. But football season lasts a long, long time. And anyway, cuddling up on the sofa with your beloved on those cold winter evenings does have some appeal.
But if you don’t know what’s going on, and if your beloved (as so many beloveds do) makes it clear that he’d prefer you not ask questions while the game is on . . . what’s a football challenged woman to do?
Well, we’re about to tell you.
The thing is, learning the basics of football – that is, enough to make game-watching fun – is at about the same degree of difficulty as learning to send e-mails. Without attachments.
Okay. Get comfortable. Fix yourself some herb tea. Or a vodka tonic. Make sure you have a clear view of the television screen.
Now, pick a team to root for. Doesn’t matter which one. Pick them for your own reasons. Because you like the color of their uniforms. Because one of the guys on the sidelines reminds you of your high school crush. Whatever.
It’s just more fun when, as they say, you have some skin in the game.
But do feel free to switch to the other team if the one you picked is getting creamed by time the game is only half over. It’s easy to tell when that is, by the way, because there’s this long break away from the game with lots of commentator ‘analysis’ and many commercials that allow you time to refill your beverage of choice. Not surprisingly, this hiatus is called ‘half time’. See? You know some jargon already.
But we’re getting ahead of ourselves. Let’s get back to the beginning of the game.
Things get kicked off by . . . well, by kicking off the football. Who gets to kick the football and who gets to receive the football is decided before the game by a coin toss.
After that, each team is allowed four chances (called ‘downs’) to move the ball a minimum of ten yards. There are white lines drawn across the field at five-yard intervals, so it’s pretty easy to judge the distance. Plus when you’re watching on TV, they superimpose this really cool digital line in bright yellow so you really can’t miss it.
Anyway, if the team with the football succeeds in moving it ten or more yards, they get another four chances. If they don’t, they have to kick the ball to the other team and allow them their four chances to do the same.
And that’s about it for the format of the game.
To understand the action, you need to focus on the football.
You’ll notice that, when the action starts (each piece of action is called a ‘play’), the ball is sitting on the ground between the two teams. There are eleven men on each team, and you’ll see that a bunch on each side stands in a line facing each other. These are called (all together now!) LINEmen!
Told you it was easy.
Anyway, the teams take turns trying to move the ball to the opposite end of the playing field. The guy in the center of the line (called, amazingly, the CENTER) tosses the ball backwards between his legs (weird but true) to the guy directly behind him, who is called the quarterback, and who is like the general of the team.
While the linemen on his team try to keep the guys on the other team from pounding him into the Astroturf, the quarterback attempts to get the football moving down the field toward the goal line (that is, the line that marks the end of the playing field).
He does this by running with it himself, handing it to someone else to run with it, or throwing it to someone else.
Meanwhile, their counterparts on the other team are trying to prevent them from succeeding.
But if the quarterback or his guys do manage to get the ball all the way across the goal line (called a ‘touchdown’), they are awarded six points, to which they can add another point by kicking the ball between the uprights of the goalpost (you know what that is, right?) after the touchdown. This is generally referred to as a ‘point after.’
If they can’t get all the way to the goal line by running and throwing the ball, they can give up short of the goal line and try to kick the ball between the uprights from wherever they are on the playing field. This is called a field goal, and gets them three points.
Whoever has the most points when time runs out wins the game.
That’s really all you need to know to watch a game of football. So go ahead: pick a team; focus on the ball; cuddle.
What happens next is up to you.

If you want to sell your products on this site, you must register first. Then you should take pictures of your products, and make a very creative description about it. Then upload photos of your products for other members to see.
One good thing on selling products in eBay is that, your customers are not only from your neighborhood or state, but from other parts of the globe as well, like in Canada, China, Australia, and Hong Kong.

Another interesting thing in doing online business. in eBay is that you can sell anything you like. There are no restrictions, except illegal drugs and other prohibited stuffs. You can advertise and sell antiques, jewelries, school supplies, health and beauty products, computers, collectibles, books, cellular phones, and even real estates. Remember, the whole world is your market.
It can be inferred that eBay online business. is just like doing your very own garage sale. The only difference is, you do not have to set up your garage and have a chaotic display of your goods. You don’t even have to spend long time under the sun and announcing that you are selling your stuffs. In eBay, your business life is more exciting and easy. You can even spend more time doing chores, or having recreation and vacation with your family without worrying much on your business. Let the Internet do the job of advertising!
Things you should remember when doing online business. in eBay is that you should display a reasonable price in your product if you want to really “sell.” Do not do overpricing, because you’ll end up empty-handed. The shipping cost will also be determined, and the mode of payment will usually be through PayPal or other types of money transfer. If you plan to sell abroad, an international selling requirement must be furnished first. You should also know your buyer very well before disposing your products.
Indeed, online business.is a lot easier these days. With eBay available, you can earn as much as you want and develop your Web business skills.

Like most people I used to hear about people making good money trading forex and wonder how they did it. What used to confuse me was that there seemed no simple or cheap way to learn the basics that you need to get going. However after a couple of months looking I found a system that allowed me to learn how to trade “on the job” and even make money doing so.
In this article I will tell you exactly how I did it and how you can do the same. If you want to get started trading forex and make money from the currency markets then this could be one of the most important articles you have read in a long time.
It was almost a year ago when I started looking for information to trade forex. It seemed like the only options were to pay for an expensive course or sit down and try and apply the theory from text books to reality. I opted for the latter and failed miserably at it. What was described in the text books made little connect in my mind to what I was supposed to be doing. The net result was that I was too scared to even place 1 trade on!
What changed everything for me was when I found a Forex trading system that trades by itself. It seeks to take advantage of very small price movements and make a small amount of money on each trade it make. Little and often is its strategy. I used this tool like a training simulation. I set it off trade trade with very small amounts and simply sat there and watched it.
To me this was as good as sitting and looking over the shoulder of some top gun trader. I could actually sit there and watch how t made money. I learned more on that first day than in about 2 weeks previously when my head was buried in the books.
Here is the link I found that got me making money forex trading within 2 days: http://www.frogfinance.com/investing/forex_trading.php

Many parts of the world are in recession or at least facing a downturn in the economy. At these times, redundancies and cutbacks are announced on almost a daily basis. Like all events, the current economic challenges present the opportunity for learning for current and aspiring business leaders. So what are 5 key lessons from the current recession?
Lesson 1: Take a long term view
Businesses exist or are established with a view to growing and existing for a long time. With so much information so freely available about opportunities to make gains now or the constant focus in the media about how bad things are, it is easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. By keeping a focus on the bigger picture and recognising that the economy generally goes in cycles, you can avoid taking short term decisions which are not in the best long term.
Lesson 2: Don’t put all your eggs in one basket
In business it is important not to put all of your eggs in one basket. It is important to have a portfolio of products and/or services so that you can spread risk and reduce the impact of downturns in the economy. This is exactly what we do when it comes to investing or saving. We have a range of options to spread the risk.
Lesson 3: Continually innovate
Successful businesses don’t stand still. They are continually looking for new products or services they can offer or new and innovative ways of offering what they currently have. In large organisations it is easy to become complacent, to stop looking out for ways to address an unmet need or to believe that the good times will stay for ever. Having different products and services at different stages of the life cycle is important and this requires constant innovation.
Lesson 4: Focus on the way forward
Pick up any newspaper, listen to radio or watch TV and chances you will come across lots of negativity about how difficult things are. While without doubt things are challenging at the moment, there is little point in investing time and energy focusing on what has happened. Time and energy focusing on the way forward is much more productive and beneficial than focusing on what has happened. Make a commitment to focus on how you move forward and achieve even more success.
Lesson 5: Expect uncertainty
Uncertainty is part of parcel of being in a leadership role and it is essential to your success that you expect, accept and prepare the best you can for uncertainty. Regularly look at trends in the area which you operate. Consider what might create uncertainty. Develop your ideas on how you will address the uncertainties if they arise.
Bottom line- The economy will always go through periods when it is strong and periods when it is weak. As a leader you need to prepare yourself the best you can to prosper in both good and bad times. I invite you to take the first step by signing up for my free e-course and monthly newsletter at

Celebrity Cancer Treatment
Where do celebrities like Kylie Minogue, Marianne Faithfull and others go for cancer treatment? Off to France.
France has some of the best cancer treatment in the world. Britain is getting better, but once hospital treatment finishes – that’s it. “Take these pills every day for the next five years”. Then you’ll get a hurried check-up every six months.
These pills are hormonal drugs, often fought over in the Courts for our treatment (remember Herceptin?). But what no-one tells 95% of British patients is that side effects from these drugs often need specialist treatment; which the NHS is loath to provide. So, if you are a celebrity, or one of a gathering number of Brits who are prepared to pay for informed advice – off you go France.
French cancer treatment doesn’t stop with hospital visits. They know side effects are going to be with you for a long time, so provide excellent care, often at a local medical spa. No prizes for guessing British post cancer survival rates hover a blush-making bottom of European Statistics; France comes top of table.
So when you need treatment or TLC for hormonal drug side effects, how can you follow celebrities to France?
I found the best way is a letter of introduction from any doctor, listing your medical history. Send this to the Medical Director of your chosen spa, and you are in the system. Can’t find the right person? The tourist office will be able to help.
French doctors understand side effects of hormonal drugs, and help you get through the five years’ treatment cycle as easily as possible. There is expert help, allied to proven therapies which are usually very pampering: think massage, face treatments for dry skin, reflexology, etc. All you have to do is lie back, knowing the massage or treatment you are having is supervised by medical staff.
When the figures came out in The Lancet, showing Britain way down the tables for post cancer survival, I asked what plans the Dept. Health had to copy post cancer care in Europe.
“None” – came back arrogant reply.
One wonders if this is because the treatments are often similar to ‘beauty’ treatments? But charities like Macmillan have done extensive studies proving their benefits.
After cancer treatment in London, I tapped into the French system, and now every few weeks off I go for a short break. I call this medical treatment; any fly on the way will know that I constantly have a smile on my face. Talking to doctors about any niggling worries or problems that have cropped up, I then indulge in treatments, and the only nasty side is knowing that many of the local patients are getting this on their health schemes.
There doesn’t seem to be a language problem. You can request an English-speaking doctor, and many therapists and staff speak English; but medicine is international; just lie back and leave them to sort out your massage, skin problems, or whatever.
Most medical spas specialising in post cancer treatment have the word ‘Bain’ in their names; this is because treatments followed healing thermal waters. At Aix-les-Bains you see patients smiling as tiny jets of warm water play on throat cancer sites. Brides-les-Bains is a lovely old Thermal spa with aromatherapy massage and reflexology and the chance to lose weight with fantastic menus; useful if hormonal drugs have caused weight gain.
Or head towards the west coast and La Roche Posay. They have been treating patients here ever since a knight’s horse fell into the river and was cured of eczema. Today it’s more likely that patients come to have special warm water massages to restore dried-out cancer skin; the selenium in the water is particularly helpful.
Originally the spa developed skincare to disguise burn marks, and just grew. The medics produced a fantastic range of skincare products, using the local water, and recently they developed a range specially for post cancer patients. Now, the skincare production has been taken over by Vichy, and these products are going to be available in Britain at chemists under the name of La Roche Posay skincare- so you can use the same creams as the celebrities.
Typically French, La Roche Posay realised women like to look good, so not only are skin creams formulated for post cancer, but so are cosmetics. My favourite is a mascara developed especially for cancer patients; any patient who has despaired of ever seeing their eyelashes again, should try this.
Looking in the mirror you see you have almost-celebrity style lashes. Sitting next to me at the make-up bar – nothing ‘hospital-like’ about this treatment centre, a fellow Brit suddenly beamed: Vive La France – I’ve got my face back!
http://after-cancer.com Verite Reily Collins had breast cancer, and when faced with NHS indifference to peeling skin and bloody blisters caused by drugs, took herself off to France to try out their treatments. Then came back and set up http://www.after-cancer.com to tell other patients not to suffer in silence, but Have Fun After Cancer with all the treatments Europeans take for granted.

Doctors who treat patients with cancer have a balancing act. They give too little chemotherapy and tumors survive, but too much can be life threatening. Now researchers have found that in a series of lab tests, not eating for 48 hours gave healthy cells an edge. University of Southern California Associate Professor of Gerontology and Biological Science Valter Longo says, “The cancer cells have this oncogene, have these mutations that keep them always on. So, they basically are unable to obey the starvation dependent order. Starvation tells [healthy cells] to go into protective mode. The cancer cells, because of their characteristics of not being able to respond to that, just continue on their normal pro-growth track.”
Longo notes that, “Virtually all cancer research is focused on…the killing of the cancer cells,” but that he wanted instead to see if there was a way to give the healthy cells an edge.
Scientists know from experiments with everything from tiny worms to primates that a lack of food sends cells into a protective mode that can actually extend life. In fact, Longo says his former college advisor helped pioneer this concept of “calorie restriction.” Longo describes it as “fasting, not completely, but partially for a long time.”
Longo says however, “The cancer cells have these oncogenes, these mutations, that keep them always on (so that they) continue on their pro-growth track” even when the healthy cells have shut down due to a lack of food.
With the healthy cells in protective mode, Longo was able to use more chemotherapy. He wrote in The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences he performed several different tests.
One test involved yeast cells that were both subject to starvation and genetically altered to mimic having the starvation condition. They were 1,000 times better protected against cancer-fighting agents.
He also tested normal brain cells and cancerous cells in test tubes and found that the normal cells that were denied normal levels of glucose were protected against several forms of chemotherapy while the cancerous cells were not.
In a third experiment on mice that were starved for 48 hours before chemotherapy, Longo says, “The animals were running around after at least a three-fold higher dose than the maximum…allowed for patients.”
However, Longo agrees this research is just the first step, noting that since , “A lot of the cancer patients come in already with weight loss, the starvation is not exactly something that they (doctors) would prefer.”
So he is now researching something, “that can do something … almost as powerful without the starvation.” adding that, a drug that mimics the starvation, “would be ideal.”
Additionally, he’s looking at diet changes short of starvation that might provide the same edge. He notes that, “Just a few changes, very specific changes in the diet and all of a sudden at least the animals in our case are now very resistant again to very high doses of chemo.”
Either way, the research on diet is providing new food for thought in our ongoing war against cancer.

Cancer has been a plague on humanity for a long time and now films about it attempt to highlight the risk every person on the planet faces from this disease; whilst it still continues to kill people, it is not always the death sentence it once was. When you think about the impact that a cure would bring to this global problem it sends a shudder through your spine. The reasons cancer is triggered in the body are only theories as it can be caused by many things.
There are theories that we all have it and it just takes something to start it off, but what is cancer? Well, it is a disease that’s characterized by a large number of cells that continue to grow and divide; they invade and destroy adjacent tissues and may even spread to other anatomical sites through a process called metastasis.
Benign tumors do not normally grow larger, metastasize or threaten the body and organs like malignant (cancerous) tumors do although it is possible for a malignant tumor to have started out as benign. It causes more deaths per population than any other illness and the older you get the more prone you are to contracting the disease; thirteen percent of people die from one of it’s many strains every year around the world. Cancer is an abnormality in the body’s cells and can be caused by a number of agents including carcinogens or poisons such as smoke, infectious agents or radiation.
The cause can also be the responsibility of faulty DNA replication or a genetic trait inherited from parents which means a person can be born with them. However this does not mean you will contract it as the relationship between carcinogens and an individual’s genetic makeup is a complex one.
Cancer is one of the top ten diseases that are researched regularly throughout the world and the truth is we have learned a great deal from studies performed around the globe. We are always learning more about diseases and how they affect our bodies and minds. We are continually trying to find out why this disease attacks some and not others. By understanding the origins of cancer, perhaps we will be able to avoid contracting it until we come up with a cure.
One of the major causes surrounds food and dietary habits. Your regular diet could be putting you at long term risk from all kinds of diseases. People are generally eating too much of the wrong things such as an excess salt intake, too much saturated fat and certain dairy produce. Studies have shown that there is a connection between dairy produced calcium and prostrate cancer.
Cancer can affect any part of the body from the bones, blood, skin or organs. nowhere is safe from it. The problem is that it can also be insidious and a person may have it for some time before it is diagnosed. Cures for many types have advanced in recent years and are more likely to be successful if the cancer is found in its early stages. All this research is gradually leading towards more effective treatments for cancer and it is not always the terminal disease it used to be.
